The CARe project invites to their upcoming webinar on infodemics in the digital age with Dr Anna Shilunga as panellist.

This webinar offers participants the opportunity to address the challenges of misinformation. As part of this, participants will be introduced to effective approaches to this topic using case studies and given a look at effective infodemic management.

With more than 15 years of teaching experience, Dr Anna Shilunge is a lecturer and Head of the Department of Public Health at the University of Namibia, Oshkati Campus. She teaches research methods and communication skills in the Master of Public Health program. She has also held various leadership and support roles in consultancy and research projects with international non-governmental organisations.

 

The webinar will take place on WebEx on September 11th 2024 from 4pm to 5pm (CET).
