Bioinformatic Analyses of High-Throughput Sequencing Data in the Context of a Research Visit

From 5 July to 21 July 2022; Dr Arsene Zongo, scientist from Burkina Faso, spent 2 weeks at RKI in project group 3 (Epidemiology of highly pathogenic agents). During his stay, he deepened his knowledge in the field of molecular biology and bioinformatics. Indeed, since 2018 and thanks to the PPE program and the ANDEMIA project, Arsene could attend several laboratory oriented and bioinformatic analyses trainings. He gained new skills and competencies that will also benefit the Centre MURAZ, his home institution in Burkina Faso.
